Muchinga Partnerships is a U.S. not for profit corporation with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. Founded in 2020, Muchinga Partnerships supports for profit and not for profit African enterprises to expand and grow and deliver life changing benefits to low income communities.
Currently working in three countries, Nigeria, South Sudan and Zambia, Muchinga's mission is to unlock the potential of African economic creativity by empowering people with great ideas to succeed. Muchinga Partnerships exists to improve the lives of Africans through investments in small organizations that can scale and provide life changing impact through jobs, incomes and other benefits to grassroots, low income people. Every dollar donated will go directly to African organizations and people. By focusing on entrepreneurs and small, not for profit organizations Muchinga, in participation with the enterprise, will identify critical needs and impediments to growth and profits and address those, helping to unlock pathways to growth and scale. Each entrepreneur will be trained and mentored by Muchinga. By identifying the organizations who can most benefit including youth and women in leadership and people with disabilities, Muchinga will ensure they will reach and impact underserved people. Muchinga will work to incorporate peace building into its projects especially in conflict and post conflict areas.
